white chocolate cashew cookies

very simple recipe for some very blonde cookies

i actually thought of making cookies with macadamia nuts, but due to me not being organised i had no choice and had to use cashews instead...and i do not regret it at all.

here is what you need

100g chopped cashews
150g chopped white chocolate or white chocolate chips
200g butter, unsalted and softened
125g sugar
   1 pinch of salt
   1 egg
200g all purpose flour
1tsp baking powder

here is what you have to do

- beat together butter and sugar until soft and creamy

- add the egg, flour, baking powder and salt and mix until completely combined

- fold 2/3 of the chopped chocolate and cashews in until fully incorporated

- preheat the oven to 175 degrees

- drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving at least two inches of space between the cookies because they will spread out

- sprinkle the remaining 1/3 of the the chocolate and cashews

- bake for about 15-20 minutes

- leave the cookies to cool for 5-10 minutes before transferrng to a wire rack to cool

- enjoy

pimping a pringles tube

these pimped pringles tubes make beautiful party favours, small gifts or just simply a fancy stowage for your own bits and pieces.

this is what you need

- pringles container

- fancy paper, fabric or wallpaper

- scissors

- glue

- craft knife

- decoration like brooches, ribbons, flowers

this is what you have to do

- cut out a piece of paper, fabric, or wallpaper which entirely covers the tube.

- apply glue all over the paper and place it around the tube, overlapping at one end

- use a craft knife to remove the additional paper at the top of the tube

- decorate according to your own taste

- you might not want to use it as a gift and rather keep it for yourself

- enjoy
